Celtics fend off Cavs, return to Eastern Conference finals

The Boston has returned to the Selts familiar area. After struggling hard against the young and hungry Cleveland Cavelires team, Seltics won for 113-98, and they hit their tickets in the final of the Eastern Conference for the third consecutive year.

 

Kiwis, led by Darus Garland's breakout Performance, came out of firing in the first half. Garland tied Boston's defense, dropped the trousers and searched for open team teammates for easy baskets. However, Selts fought the initial storm. Jason Tatum found his rhythm in the second quarter, which attacked the rim and knocked on the jumpers at a distance. The experienced leadership of Marx Smart and Al Horford provided calm presence with a surprising distance.

The turning point came in the third quarter. The score tied, the defense of the sailtics came down. The Smart surrounded the Mala in the entire court, which forced the business and disrupted Cleveland's aggressive flow. Jillon Brown set the fire, sprayed the trousers and drove a hard vehicle in the basket. The crowd of TD Garden broke out with every sailtics bucket, which fed the team's intensity.

In the fourth quarter, Kavas never gave up on his path within single digits. But Selts kept the firm. Tatum ice the game with the clutch three pointer with two minutes left, which sent Boston loyal to Mania.

 

"This team is restless," said Seltics coach IME Advaka after the game. "We had a lot of difficulties tonight, but we never stopped leaving each other. Our boys showed a lot of heart there."

Tatum won the game with more than 32 points, while Brown added 28 points and 7 wabhonds. Smart's defensive energy was contagious, ending with 10 points, 7 Assists, and 5 thefts. Garland led Kiwis with 27 points, but his auxiliary cast struggled against the physical defense of Selts.

 

Seltaks are now waiting for the winner of the Miami Heat and the Melwaki Box series. The aspirations of their championship are still bright, with war -tested sailtics ready to face any challenge that comes in their way.
